I paid for 2 day priority shipping on December 21 and it did not arrive until Tuesday dec 27th!
Unacceptable!

Sheryl, I know how frustrating it is to not receive something in time for Christmas! I'm really sorry that happened. I packaged up your shipment within minutes of it coming in and sent it via priority mail. I'm not sure why the post office took so long to deliver it, other than because of their holiday rush. I'll contact them, and I'll contact you directly to see how I can make it right with you.
