We are seeking a skilled and motivated Barber who is open to embracing The Beardsmith’s approach to Barbering while bringing along their existing clientele.

We have a unique atmosphere, situated between The Heritage Social Club and Lifestyle Tattoo. We prioritize work-life balance and maintain a customer-centric ethos where every client is treated like royalty. 

As a commission-based role, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule while upholding the highest standards of barbering in the valley.

 **Responsibilities:** 

1. Perform traditional barbering services including haircuts, Beardsmithings, shaves, and grooming services. 

2. Embrace and implement The Beardsmith’s techniques and methodologies for Beardsmithing, ensuring consistent quality and customer satisfaction. 

3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clientele, while actively seeking opportunities to grow your customer base by contributing to creating content, before and after pictures and videos, etc.

4. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and professional work environment. 

5. Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations. 

 **Requirements:** 

1. A valid Barber license in Idaho.

2. Proven experience as a Barber, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills. 

3. Willingness to adopt The Beardsmith’s approach to services- hair cuts, beard trimming, grooming and customer service. 

4. Ability to bring along an existing client base. 

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

6. Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed. 

7. Passion for barbering and dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
